All Children’s Theatre

Boys and girls ages 4-5, 6-17. Saturday Spring programs, Cabaret Cafe, Touring Performing Arts Troupe and summer day camps also offered. Brightest Star School of Performing Arts

Brundage Park Playhouse

Centenary Young Performers Workshop

Circus Place

Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre

The Institute of Music for Children

Kelsey Theatre Youth Programs

New Jersey Performing Arts Center Arts Training Programs
973-642-8989. Audition applications for Jazz for Teens (open to students ages 13-18), summer arts programs, arts training for ages 8-18. Music and performing arts scholarships for the following year are accepted beginning in November. Auditions are held in spring.

New Jersey School of Dramatic Arts

New Jersey Youth Theatre (formerly WYACT)
Westfield, 908-233-3200. Offers professional classes in drama, musical theater, voice and dance from September through mid-May annually. In April holds auditions for its prestigious, free summer program for aspiring young performers and technicians (ages 16-21+), culminating with one or more professional-level productions presented at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), and at other professional New Jersey theaters.

Paper Mill Playhouse Theatre School

Playwrights Theatre

Drama and writing classes/programming for students, schools, teachers, and community organizations. All offerings are presented in a non-competitive environment by experienced teaching artists who know how the process of creating art impacts all aspects of a person's life. Showkids Invitational (S.K.I.T.)
Hunterdon County, 908-713-1222. Performing arts experience for ages 6-18 culminates in full productions with live orchestra at Voorhees High School in Glen Gardner.

Somerset County Vo-Tech Creative Arts

Somerset County high school students may participate, by audition, in the Gifted & Talented Performing Arts Program at SCVTHS free of charge.
